Stitcho Branding Guide

Application methods, explained

Choose the right branding method for your garments — with clear visuals, key benefits, and quick FAQs.

Embroidery Stitching

Embroidery

Premium, durable stitching that looks sharp on polos, jackets, caps and workwear.

  • Most premium look for logos
  • Excellent durability & wash resistance
  • Best on thicker fabrics (polos, jackets, caps)
  • Ideal for small to medium logo sizes
Best for which garments?

Polos, jackets, fleece, caps, and stable workwear fabrics.

Any limitations?

Very fine detail and gradients can be challenging. Thin tees may pucker depending on stitch density.

What file do you need?

Vector is best (AI/PDF/SVG). We can also work from high-resolution PNG/JPG.

Tip: Keep logos clean and bold for the sharpest stitch result.

DTF Heat Transfer

DTF Heat Transfer

Vibrant full-colour prints with great detail — ideal for small runs and multi-colour logos.

  • Perfect for full-colour logos & gradients
  • Works on tees, hoodies, and many fabric types
  • Great for low MOQs and quick turnaround
  • Smooth finish with strong detail
When should I choose DTF?

When your artwork has multiple colours, gradients, or fine detail — and you want a modern print look.

Is it durable?

Yes, with correct care. We recommend washing inside-out and avoiding high heat drying.

What artwork is best?

High-resolution PNG with transparent background, or vector files.

Tip: Ask us for a size preview if your logo has fine outlines.

Screen Printing

Screen Printing

Best value for bulk orders — bold, clean logos with excellent consistency.

  • Best pricing for bulk quantities
  • Clean, solid colours with strong coverage
  • Ideal for uniforms & team wear
  • Long-lasting prints when cared for properly
What’s the minimum quantity?

Screen printing is most cost-effective at higher quantities. Exact MOQ depends on artwork and colours.

How many colours can I use?

Multiple colours are possible, but each colour adds setup. For best value, keep it 1–3 colours.

Best type of artwork?

Vector artwork is ideal. Bold shapes and solid fills print best.

Tip: For uniforms, choose placement on chest/arm for a premium branded look.

vinyl print

Vinyl

Sharp, crisp text and numbers — ideal for names, badges and simple logos.

  • Perfect for names, numbers, and simple marks
  • Very sharp edges and clean finish
  • Great for sports, staff IDs, team kits
  • Fast setup for small batches
What designs suit vinyl best?

Single-colour, bold text, and simple icons with clean cut lines.

Any limitations?

Very small details can lift, and complex gradients aren’t suitable.

Care instructions?

Wash inside-out, avoid ironing directly on print, and avoid high heat tumble drying.

Tip: Vinyl is unbeatable for player names + numbers.
