Artwork Guidelines
To ensure the best print and embroidery results, please follow these artwork guidelines before submitting your design.
File requirements
Preferred: Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG). Vector files scale perfectly and give the cleanest print/embroidery output.
Accepted: High-resolution PNG/JPG (300 DPI) at the final print size.
AI / EPS / PDF / SVG are best for sharp logos and clean edges.
PNG/JPG must be 300 DPI at the final size. Avoid screenshots.
Use PNG with transparency if you don’t want a background box.
Convert fonts to outlines/shapes to prevent missing font issues.
Yes, but export as PDF (print) or SVG when possible. Avoid screenshots.
We can work with both. If color accuracy is critical, provide Pantone/brand codes.
